Jérémy DUMEZ
Business Lawyer – M&A/Private Equity
Our PE/M&A department is expanding with the arrival of Jérémy. He has just been sworn in. Alongside Ariane Olive, he assists our clients with fundraising, acquisitions, and sales operations for both French and international clients.
Previously, Jérémy completed several internships in French and American law firms in Paris, but he chose Spark for his first collaboration to be closer to SME and startup leaders during the key moments of their entrepreneurial journeys.

EDUCATION
Originally from Dunkirk, Jérémy completed all of his studies at Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II). He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law – DJCE with a specialization in corporate law.
What you won’t find on his CV: Jérémy is passionate about entrepreneurship in all its forms! A fan of side projects, he can spend hours exploring ideas for creating websites, blogs, and mobile applications using no-code tools, or perfecting his Brazilian Portuguese skills while enjoying a caipirinha or a good Belgian beer!
