Business Lawyer – M&A/Private Equity

Our PE/M&A department is expanding with the arrival of Guilhem, a business lawyer. He assists our clients with acquisitions, sales, and fundraising operations, working with both French and international clients alongside Ariane Olive. Understanding our clients’ businesses, discovering new areas of activity, and deepening his knowledge through the lens of our clients are all topics that inspire Guilhem.

EDUCATION

Guilhem studied business law at the University of Tours, his home region. He completed this education with a postgraduate degree in corporate restructuring law at the Sorbonne.

It was during his final internship at law school that he took his first steps at Spark. Having taken his oath, we are thrilled to welcome him today as an associate.
