The Spark Avocats team, led by Ariane Olive, Sonia Codazzi, and Guilhem Sauve, assisted ALTICO in acquiring the ALTILOC ECHAFAUDAGES group.
Founded in 2009 in Vitré (35) by Hervé Flippot, the ALTILOC ECHAFAUDAGES group installs and rents scaffolding for industrial clients, logisticians, shipyards, as well as heritage and construction stakeholders, helping to provide access to complex worksites.
The company has grown since its inception and now employs nearly fifty people.
Pierre Dutaret, a small business leader for 12 years, has taken over the ALTILOC ECHAFAUDAGES group, founded by Hervé Flippot, who will remain alongside Pierre Dutaret to continue providing his expertise.
